We went with Napo as they had the highest cover for the lowest excess. Had to get treatment for an abscess as my cat was quite poorly. The claims team were really lovely. Kind, helpful and processed my claim efficiently. They regularly chased the forms needed from the vets on my behalf without me interceding and kept me updated via email as to what was happening with my claim. My cat is now well and the Napo team have sorted and paid my claim, with minimum fuss and just a lovely spirit of caring. Very unusual for big businesses. A really lovely touch.
