Eligibility and Policy Purchase
These promotions are available exclusively to customers who purchase a Napo pet insurance policy through Compare the Market during the promotional period.
To be eligible, customers must complete their purchase via the Compare The Market comparison journey and proceed to buy a Napo policy through the Napo quote page.
Customers must be aged 18 and over and resident in the UK.
Napo reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute the promotions at any time.
The promotional period runs from 17/12/2025 to 28/02/2026. Napo may end the promotions early by updating this banner, and any purchases made before withdrawal will still qualify.
Welcome Pack & Offer Delivery
After completing their purchase, customers will receive a Napo Welcome Pack by email. This includes:
- Information about their new insurance policy
- Details of their exclusive Compare The Market partner promotions
- Unique URLs and/or discount codes required to redeem each promotion
The Welcome Pack provides access to three separate, independent Compare The Market -exclusive partner promotions. Customers may redeem either promotion individually or both together.
Luna (The Dental Vets): Free Online Dental Check (worth £50)
- The Luna dental check is conducted entirely online via Luna’s dedicated application.
- A comprehensive online dental health assessment is carried out by a qualified Luna dental vet or nurse. The Luna dental expert will review submitted photos and videos of the dog or cat’s teeth, along with a questionnaire covering current oral health symptoms and dental care history, and provide a detailed digital report on their dental health, including a Luna Dental Health Score and recommendations for follow-up care or treatment.
- After purchasing, the customer will receive a link to the online portal to upload photos or videos of their pet’s teeth and complete the dental health questionnaire. Luna’s experts will review the information and send the dental health assessment by email within 5 days.
- The Luna online dental check is not a substitute for emergency veterinary care. Customers should seek immediate in-person veterinary attention if their pet is in pain, distressed, or experiencing urgent dental issues.
- No live video call is required. Any follow-up treatment is optional and at the customer’s own cost.
- The online dental check may only be redeemed 14 days after the start of the policy. A redeemed check will satisfy Napo’s annual dental check requirement.
Redemption Process & Data Privacy
To comply with GDPR and ensure data security, Napo does not share any customer data with Tractive. For more information please visit Napo’s Privacy Policy.
Each partner promotion must be redeemed separately using the unique codes and links provided in the Welcome Pack.
After clicking through:
- The customer enters the partner’s own booking or checkout journey
- Each partner manages personalisation (e.g., pet information, dietary needs, subscription setup)
- Partners may require additional information or account creation to complete redemption
All partner promotions are entirely optional. Some promotions require an ongoing subscription to activate or use the offer; these commitments sit solely between the customer and the relevant partner.
Each policy purchase will entitle the customer to one redemption of each promotion.
Customer Choice & Flexibility
Customers may redeem one, two, all or none of the partner promotions.
There is no obligation to redeem any partner promotion as a condition of purchasing a Napo insurance policy.
Choosing not to redeem any promotion does not affect the customer’s Napo policy.
Any ongoing subscription arrangement with Luna is entirely the customer’s responsibility and must be managed directly with the relevant partner.
Separate Customer Relationships
The customer’s agreement with Napo relates solely to their Napo pet insurance policy.
The customer’s relationship with Luna is entirely separate and governed independently by Tractive’s own terms and conditions.
This means:
- Cancelling or modifying a partner subscription does not affect the Napo insurance policy
- Cancelling or modifying a Napo insurance policy does not affect any redeemed partner promotion
- Any queries, disputes or issues related to a partner promotion must be directed to the relevant partner
- Clinical advice, recommendations, treatment suggestions and follow-up actions are determined solely by Luna.
- Luna provides independent advice and is not affiliated with Napo, however any resulting claims made will make use of veterinary notes as well as findings noted through Luna.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the photos or videos submitted meet Luna’s quality and format requirements
- Any queries, disputes or issues related to a partner promotion must be directed to the relevant partner
General Conditions
- Partner promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and hold no cash value
- Any unique codes or links may be single-use and may carry expiry dates stated in the Welcome Pack
- Napo is not responsible for:
- Partner service availability
- Delivery delays or fulfilment issues
- Product or service quality
- Partner subscription systems, billing or cancellation
- By redeeming a partner promotion, the customer agrees to that partner’s own Terms and Conditions
- If any partner withdraws, updates or alters their involvement in the promotions, Napo may remove or amend the relevant promotion. Each promotion may be amended or withdrawn independently of the other

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
