2. Eligibility Criteria

• The survey is open to
  UK residents aged 18 or over
  who completed the survey and have received a direct invitation to participate.
• Only one entry per person
  is permitted.
• Employees of Napo Limited, their immediate families, agents, or affiliates are
  not eligible
  to participate.

• To enter, participants must complete the
  survey in full
  by 16/04/26.
• Partial responses or entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

• The Survey opens on 09/04/26 and closes at 23:59 on 16/04/26. All surveys must be completed within this time period to be eligible.

5. The Gift Cards

• A limited number of
  £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards
  are available and will be delivered digitally via email.
• The Gift card is
  non-transferable

  non-refundable

  no cash alternative
  will be offered.

6. Participant Selection & Notification

• Gift cards will be assigned as a thank you by random draw from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.
• Eligible participants will be notified by email using the contact details recorded.
• If the selected participant does not respond or accept the gift card within
  7 days
  of notification, Napo Limited reserves the right to redraw and offer the gift card to another eligible participant.
• All decisions made by Napo Limited in relation to this gift cards draw, including but not limited to the eligibility of entrants, the selection of winners, and the interpretation of these terms and conditions, shall be final and binding.

7. Delivery of Gift Cards

• The gift cards will be delivered via email within

  of acceptance.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is valid and monitored.
