Terms and Conditions – Napo’s Email Renewal User Experience Tesing Sessions

1. Promoter Details

The user experience testing sessions are arranged by Napo Limited (company number: 13281620), registered in England and Wales with its office at 2 Jubilee Place, London, SW3 3TQ. For any queries relating to the task, please contact us at community@napo.pet

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • The sessions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have received a direct invitation to participate in Napo’s renewal email user experience research sessions.
  • Only one entry per person
    is permitted.
  • Employees of Napo Limited and and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Mechanism

  • To receive the reward, participants
    must take part in a research session by 21/08/25
    .
  • Participants are asked to walk through a UX prototype of a renewal email communication and share their thoughts in a videocall.
  • By participating in this task, you agree that your voice and screen will be recorded and may be used by us for internal research purposes.
  • Booked but unattended sessions will not be eligible for reward.
  • Once the session is completed, participants will automatically qualify for the voucher.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

  • The
    task opens on 12/08/25 and closes at 23:59 on 21/08/25

5. The Reward

  • Each participant will receive a £40 ***Amazon.co.uk ***
    Gift Card delivered digitally by email.
  • Session bookings
    first-come, first-served basis
    and will be made from all eligible participants who complete the task in full within 7 days.
  • The reward is
    non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative
    will be offered.

6. Notification & Delivery

  • Amazon vouchers will be sent to the email address provided by each eligible participant within
    7 days 
    of the session.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the provided email address is valid and monitored.

7. Data Usage (GDPR Compliance)

  • Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the task’s reward and for internal research purposes.

9. General Clauses

  • Napo Limited reserves the right to interpret, amend, suspend, or withdraw the customer experience task and the associated terms and conditions at any time.
  • All decisions made by Napo in relation to these Terms and Conditions are final.
  • By participating, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
    England and Wales
    , and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
