This promotion offers 10% off the first annual pet insurance policy purchased direct through the Napo website when the promo code PAWS10 is applied during the quote journey.

The promotion is open to new Napo customers who are UK residents aged 18 or over and have attended the Paws in the Park Event (Kent Show).

To redeem the promotion, the code PAWS10 must be entered when obtaining a quote for a new, single-pet, annual pet insurance policy direct from Napo’s website.

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with our multi-pet discount, it is for single pet policy purchases only.

In redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and that the Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility.

It is the responsibility of the individual redeeming the promo code to ensure they answer all questions accurately and ensure they meet all of Napo's eligibility criteria to hold a policy before purchase. Please read and review all documentation carefully.

This offer is limited to the first 5,000 valid redemptions of the promo code.

The promotion must be redeemed when a quote is obtained – it cannot be applied retroactively.

The ability to redeem the promotion begins at 09:30am on 20th September and ends at 11:59pm on 22nd September 2025 when the 5,000 limit is met, whichever is earlier. Successfully discounted quotes generated within the terms of the promotion will remain eligible for the duration of the quote’s validity (30 days). If policy purchase is not completed within those 30 days the discounted price quoted will no longer be available.

The discount only applies to the first year of the policy and will not carry over at renewal.

If your policy is cancelled within 14 days of the start date, a full refund will be provided.

If cancelled after 14 days, a pro-rata refund will apply for any unused period of cover.

If you or Napo make a mid-term premium adjustment, the 10% discount will be factored into any new pricing but only during the first policy year. The discount is not available at renewal.

Napo is not responsible for:

Technical issues causing failure of promo code redemption.

Discount applications that are lost, delayed, or not received.

Inaccurate information provided by any third party in connection with this promotion.

The promotion is as stated – no cash or other alternative will be offered.

The discount is non-transferable.
