Eligibility and Policy Purchase

This promotion is available exclusively to customers who purchase a Napo pet insurance policy during the promotional period.
To be eligible, customers must complete their purchase a Napo policy through the Napo quote page.
Customers must be aged 18 and over and resident in the UK.
Napo reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute the promotions at any time.
The promotional period runs from 17/12/2025 to 28/02/2026. Napo may end the promotions early by updating this banner, and any purchases made before withdrawal will still qualify.

Welcome Pack & Offer Delivery

After completing their purchase, customers will receive a Napo Welcome Pack by email. This includes:
  • Information about their new insurance policy
  • Details of product promotions
  • Unique URLs and/or discount codes required to redeem each promotion

Tractive: Free GPS Tracker Device (worth £59)

  • The stated retail value (£59) is based on Tractive’s standard device price at the time of publication and may vary or change.
  • Redeemed using the unique discount code and link supplied in the Welcome Pack.
  • The customer selects their preferred device model during the Tractive checkout flow
  • The device is free only when the customer starts a 12-month Tractive service subscription.
  • Subscription fees, service coverage and ongoing terms are set by Tractive and are payable by the customer.

Redemption Process & Data Privacy

Each partner promotion must be redeemed separately using the unique codes and links provided in the Welcome Pack.
After clicking through:
  • The customer enters the partner’s own booking or checkout journey
  • Each partner manages personalisation (e.g., pet information, dietary needs, subscription setup)
  • Partners may require additional information or account creation to complete redemption
All partner promotions are entirely optional. Some promotions require an ongoing subscription to activate or use the offer; these commitments sit solely between the customer and the relevant partner.
Each policy purchase will entitle the customer to one redemption of each promotion.

Customer Choice & Flexibility

Customers may redeem some, all or none of the partner promotions offered.
There is no obligation to redeem any partner promotion as a condition of purchasing a Napo insurance policy.
Choosing not to redeem any promotion does not affect the customer’s Napo policy.
Any ongoing subscription arrangement with Tractive is entirely the customer’s responsibility and must be managed directly with Tractive.

Separate Customer Relationships

The customer’s agreement with Napo relates solely to their Napo pet insurance policy.
The customer’s relationship with Tractive is entirely separate and governed independently by Tractive’s own terms and conditions.
This means:
  • Cancelling or modifying a Tractive subscription does not affect the Napo insurance policy
  • Cancelling or modifying a Napo insurance policy does not affect any redeemed Tractive promotion
  • Any queries, disputes or issues related to a Tractive promotion must be directed to Tractive.

General Conditions

  • Partner promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and hold no cash value.
  • Any unique codes or links may be single-use and may carry expiry dates stated in the Welcome Pack.
  • Napo is not responsible for:
    • Partner service availability
    • Delivery delays or fulfilment issues
    • Product or service quality
    • Partner subscription systems, billing or cancellation
  • By redeeming a partner promotion, the customer agrees to Tractive’s own Terms and Conditions as set out in any agreements with them.
  • If Tractive withdraws, updates or alters their involvement in the promotions, Napo may remove or amend the relevant promotion. Each promotion may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

  • For all other queries or complaints relating to a Tractive promotion and/or redemption, customers must contact Tractive directly.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
