Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter Details

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who completed the survey and have received a direct invitation to participate.

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• Employees of Napo Limited, their immediate families, agents, or affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Mechanism

• To enter, participants must survey in full by 15/02/26.

• Partial responses or entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

• The prize draw opens on 09/02/26 and closes at 23:59 on 15/02/26. All surveys must be completed within this time period to be eligible.

5. The Prize

• There is one prize available: a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card which will be delivered digitally via email.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.

• The winner will be notified by email using the contact details we have recorded for the individual.

• If the selected winner does not respond or accept the prize within 7 days of notification, Napo Limited reserves the right to redraw and offer the prize to another eligible participant.

• All decisions made by Napo Limited in relation to this prize draw, including but not limited to the eligibility of entrants, the selection of winners, and the interpretation of these terms and conditions, shall be final and binding.

7. Delivery of Prize

• The voucher will be delivered via email within 7 days of prize acceptance.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is valid and monitored.

• Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the prize draw.

9. General Clauses

• Napo Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
