Referral scheme: terms and conditions

General

1. We are

   Napo Limited

   ("Napo", "we", "us" and "our") with our registered office at 2 Jubilee Place, London, SW3 3TQ. These Reward terms and conditions govern our Referral scheme.
2. Read our privacy policy for further information on how your data is used and your rights in relation to your data.
3. These terms and conditions govern our referral scheme Amazon voucher promotion. 
4. The Promotion is for a £30 Amazon Voucher (the “Promotion”) redeemable at https://www.amazon.co.uk/ after successful qualifying purchase.
5. This Reward scheme is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
6. Further details of the available Reward and any amendments will be set out on this page from time to time.
7. The terms that apply to you will be the terms published at the time you accept them. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.
8. Napo reserves the right to cancel or change this Reward promotion, at any time, with no prior notice.
9. Rewards are subject to availability and Napo reserves the right to provide substitute rewards should the specified or chosen reward becomes unavailable.
10. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
11. The Reward must be used within 12 months of the date of its receipt unless otherwise stated on our website.
12. Napo cannot held responsible for any unused or expired Reward and replacements will not be given in the event of an expired Reward.
13. Referral must be made prior to the Referee purchasing an insurance policy.
14. In the event of a Referee cancelling their policy before the first payment is made (including cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period), no Reward shall be paid to either party.
15. No party may, under any circumstances, refer themselves.

Referrer

1. Must be an existing Napo policyholder.
2. Referrers can refer as many referees to Napo as they like. We reserve the right to limit the amount of referrals in the future.
3. Rewards will be sent, by email, 30 days after the first payment for Napo Pet Insurance policy has been successfully taken from the Referee.

Referee

1. The Referee must purchase a Napo Pet Insurance policy to receive their Reward.
2. The Referee will only receive Reward, by email, 30 days after their Napo Pet Insurance policy starts.
3. The Referee must not already be an existing customer of Napo.
4. The Referee must purchase a Napo policy using the Referral scheme to be eligible for the Reward.
5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, except the multi-pet discount.
