3. Eligibility Criteria

• The promotion is open to new Napo customers who are UK residents aged 18 or over. The individual must meet all Napo's eligibility criteria and agree to be bound by Napo's policy terms and conditions.
• To redeem the promotion, the unique affiliate promo code must be entered when obtaining a quote for a new, single-pet insurance policy direct from Napo’s website.
• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, including Napo’s multi-pet discount (It is valid only for single-pet policy purchases). It is valid only for the first policy year from purchase and cannot be transferred to another policy year or individual.
• Only one discount can be applied per customer.By redeeming the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and the Promoter may require proof of eligibility. Napo reserves the right to refuse the discount if misuse, fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

4. Promotion Limits and Validity

• The promotion  is valid for a limited number of policies  and may be withdrawn by Napo at any time without warning.  All policies sold with the discount will be honoured until the end of the first policy year unless the policyholder fails to pay for the policy, cancels the policy or Napo cancels or voids the policy due to a breach of its terms and conditions.
• The promotion must be redeemed when a quote is obtained - it cannot be applied retroactively.
• The last date for redemption is 15 September 2025. Quotes generated on or before this date will remain eligible for the duration of the quote’s validity, unless the 8,000-code redemption cap has been reached. Quotes after this date will be ineligible.
• The discount only applies to the first year of the policy and will not carry over at renewal.

5. Policy Amendments and Cancellations

• If your policy is cancelled within 14 days of the start date, a full refund will be provided.
• If cancelled after 14 days, a pro-rata refund will apply for any unused period of cover.
• If you or Napo make a mid-term premium adjustment, the 10% discount will be factored into any new pricing but only for the remainder of the first policy year.

6. Limitations & Technical Issues

• Technical issues causing failure of promo code redemption.
• Discount applications that are lost, delayed, or not received.
• Inaccurate information provided by any third party in connection with this promotion.
• Inability to redeem a code due to incompatibility with devices, browsers, or third-party settings.

7. General Terms

• The promotion is as stated – no cash or other alternative will be offered.
• The discount is non-transferable.
• Napo reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any updated terms will be published on this page.
• By redeeming the offer, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
• Napo’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
